BALSAMIC BRUSSELS 🤩
A high quality balsamic is essential right here & really makes allll the distinction – my fav is the fairwaymarket tremendous premium model ($18 for a HUGE bottle & it’s soooo flavorful) 💥
RECIPE:
• Prep your brussels by chopping off the ends & slicing in half
• Add to a pan with 2 cloves of crushed garlic (I like to make use of the frozen cubes)
• Add 2-Three tbsp of olive oil & 1/Four cup balsamic vinegar
• Cowl & let prepare dinner for approx 10-15 whereas stirring each couple of minutes
• Because the Brussels soften, attempt to loosen the leaves so that they get crispier
• Cook dinner for an additional 4-5 minutes uncovered or till they’re at your required texture
Final evening I served them over brown rice – the combo has a fantastic texture + the brussels give added taste to the rice
