BEEF BOLOGNESE BABY 🍝

That is the proper comforting dinner because the climate will get colder! Can’t wait to eat leftovers all week 🙌🏼

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 vidalia onion
• 1 massive celery stalk
• 1 carrot
• 1/2 – 1 cup cauliflower rice (contemporary or frozen)
• 8-10 cloves of garlic or 1 head
• 1 lb floor beef
• 1/Eight tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
• 1 cup cooking wine
• 1 massive can of crushed tomatoes
• Sea Salt
• Black Pepper
• Olive Oil

RECIPE:
• Finely chop the onion, stalk of celery, & carrot then add to your pot with olive oil
• Crush the garlic and add to the pot
• As soon as veggies are cooked add the meat and use a fork to interrupt into crumbles
• Add a big pinch of salt and a few black pepper
• As soon as beef is cooked add within the non-dairy milk
• As soon as the milk is absorbed add within the nutmeg
• Add the cooking wine and cauliflower rice
• As soon as the wine has evaporated add your can of tomatoes
• Cowl and let sauce simmer for approx 1 hour & 45 minutes stirring often
• Cook dinner your pasta – I used fibergourmet linguine, then add to your sauce with 1/Three cup pasta water
• Serves approx 3-Four folks
