Use left over pot roast from birria de res, (recipe in earlier publish)

Monterrey jack cheese shredded
Lime
Flour tortillas

Chop up a few of your meat, add some sauce out of your pot.
On a griddle add a number of the grease used to make ur meat, place tortilla and add extra sauce.
Add in your meat, cheese, onion, cilantro, lime juice and let tortilla toast. You need it crunchy.
Dip ur taco into your consome
Take pleasure in.
