Chocolate Chip Banana Protein Pancakes topped with Mild Blueberry Compote – want I say extra?!?
RECEPT:
• 1 ripe banana mashed (non-obligatory)
• 1/four cup birchbenders paleo combine
• 2 egg whites
• 1 scoop protein powder
• three tbsp non-dairy milk
• half tsp vanilla extract
• A number of shakes of cinnamon

After cooking the pancakes, add frozen blueberries to the pan on low warmth and canopy – stir ceaselessly!
