Crunchy Cucumber Salad 🥒

This recipe is tremendous easy but so tasty! It’s the right aspect to have in your fridge because it will get higher when it soaks up the juice. I make a batch of this virtually each week 💚

RECIPE:
• 1 pack of Persian cucumbers sliced (can use a unique sort of cucumber however these are my fav b/c they’re tremendous crunchy)
• 3-Four tbsp crimson wine vinegar
• 3/Four tbsp further virgin olive oil
• 3/Four tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• salt & pepper to style
