FALL PLANT-BASED NOURISH BOWL 🧡

INGREDINTEN:
• Kale – massaged with EVOO
• Air-Fried Tempeh (recipe beneath)
• Cooked Farro
• Roasted or Air-Fried Candy Potato
• Chopped Honeycrisp Apple
• Sliced Persian Cucumbers
• Avocado
• Handful of Raisins or Craisins

I’ve been making an attempt to experiment extra with plant-based protein sources like Tempeh! Have you ever tried it but?

Air-Fried Tempeh 📝
• Chop your tempeh into small cubes
• In a container massive sufficient to suit all of the tempeh, add your marinade elements:
👉🏼three tbsp coconut aminos
👉🏼2 cloves crushed garlic
👉🏼1 clove crushed ginger
👉🏼1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
👉🏼Drizzle of sweetener of selection (I used blue agave)
👉🏼1 tsp dijon mustard
👉🏼 Scoop of chili onion crunch (dimension relies upon how spicy you prefer it)
• Mix properly then add in your chopped tempeh. Shut container & SHAKE! I let mine marinate in a single day however you are able to do an hour plus if you’re quick on time (simply know the longer you marinate, the extra taste is absorbed)
• Air-Roast at 390 levels for 10-15 minutes or till crunchy (shake each few minutes)
