Garlic Shrimp Pasta 🍤🍝

I’ve been making this one nearly each week as a result of it’s so rattling GOOD! Fast & straightforward – I prefer to marinate my shrimp throughout the day so it takes minimal effort to throw this meal collectively after a busy work day!

• Marinate your shrimp with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, & garlic powder – let sit for about 30 minutes (or longer)
• Cook dinner the shrimp in a big skillet then take away and placed on the facet for later
• Boil your pasta
• Add a container of cherry tomatoes to the skillet & cowl – cook dinner till they’re softened (may have so as to add a small quantity of water)
• Add a handful of spinach to the tomatoes as soon as they’re cooked
• Add a drizzle of cooking wine or white wine to the pan
