As I’m removed from house I wanted some romanian delicacies in my life so that is what I made for lunch: ✨polenta with snow pea stew✨( principally a romanian dish reinvented hahah)
The polenta I made by merely boiling the corn flour and added a little bit of vegan butter to make it creamy. The stew I made with onion,garlic,snow peas (it’s normally made with common peas), tomato sauce and dried dill. Simple, fast and easy however soo flavorful and wholesome.
