Hello peeps very long time no post- that is the truth of uni and work life😅🥲

•Mix some rinsed black beans (from a can) with some protein powder of alternative, a little bit of coconut flour, maple syrup, cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla and almond butter(that is non-obligatory, you may as well add any nut butter you want)

I rolled mine in coconut flakes and matcha only for that little additional and they’re the most effective (secretly) wholesome snack/dessert to have within the fridge.
