Welcome to a different wintery christmasy submit! Right now I prepped an AMAZING chickpea crepe for lunch full of spinach,tofu scramble,avo and sriracha and god damnnn this was a feast! Additionally the whole lot tastes higher off of a christmas plate so this can be a very vital step!🎁
🥑⛄️CHICKPEA CREPE WITH TOFU SCRAMBLE AND VEGGIES⛄️🥑
•For the crepe I used 2 tbsp of chickpea flour blended with water,salt,pepper, a little bit of black salt,a little bit of dietary yeast and a few dried parsley(makes 2 massive crepes)
•For the filling I made some tofu scramble(you could find the recipe on my feed),spinach puree with garlic(so I can unfold it on the crepe) and topped all of it off with some avo and sriracha ofc!
This meal is such a straightforward one,however sooo fancy,scrumptious and filling(and forgot to say SO HEALTHY) so it is best to deffo attempt it!!!🌱
