I’m again with one other for y’all and, since everybody went nuts over yesterday’s story of this dish, I’m going to share the recipe!
It is a quite simple one, it requires only some elements and it’s sooo scrumptious and comforting,excellent for this wet fall climate we’ve been having within the NL.
What you’ll want:
•corn flour for polenta (discovered some at a turkish store however I believe you may also get it in jumbo )
•peas (used those in a glass jar from lidlnederland ,tho any sort works)
•salt and pepper
•an onion
•dill (contemporary or dried)
-In a pot boil some water with a pinch or two of salt.When it begins boiling,slowly add the corn flour whereas mixing constantly so that you don’t get any lumps.The consistency must be like an almond butter, not too thick as a result of it will agency up finally.Put a lid on and let it boil a bit extra,till it’s a easy consistency.Put aside with lid on.
-For the pea stew,begin by sautéing an onion in some olive oil with salt.After the onion softened,add the peas,water or veggie inventory(or half half),the tomato paste(I used 2-Three tbsp and diluted it in water for simpler mixing) and the dill. Let every part simmer and after the peas are beginning to soften, combine in a heaping teaspoon of cornstarch and blend combine combine so that you don’t get starch lumps.Let it simmer till it thickens and you might be performed.
And that’s it guys: a standard romanian dish which occurs to be vegan, simple and so rattling scrumptious! Hope you’re going to do that!🍲
