Inexperienced Hen Enchilada Soup
2-3lbs of hen breast or thighs
28ouncesgreen enchilada sauce
1 cup of half and half or heavy whipping cream
2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese
4oz cream cheese
6oz salsa verde
1.) In a crock pot add hen, inexperienced enchilada sauce and hen broth prepare dinner on low for six hrs or excessive for Three hrs.
2.) 45 minutes earlier than serving shred hen, place again into crock pot. Add shred cheese, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper and salsa verde. Stirring sometimes till melted.
3.) garnish with avocado, cilantro or extra salsa verde.
