LUNCH! Vandaag heb ik geëxperimenteerd met een gloednieuw recept en het bleek echt deli…

This present day I experimented with a brand new recipe and it turned out really scrumptious! It’s coconut rice with a tofu satay thingy,imma provide the recipe proper now:
•boil rice in water + 1/four cup coconut milk(full fats canned) and whereas it makes itself toast some dessicated coconut in a pan which you’ll combine in when the rice is finished.
•press tofu,then lower into cubes and blend in 1 tbsp soy sauce with 1 tbsp cornstarch and add in a dry pan and let it get crispy.
•for the sauce you ll want 1 tbsp pb,1/4cup coconut milk,half tbsp soy sauce,half tsp ginger powder,half tbsp agave or honey or maple syrup no matter works for ya,half tbsp lemon juice and a small clove of garlic minced. Combine the whole lot after which warmth in a pan till it bubbles. Then add tofu and let all of it get sticky and saucy. And accomplished,plante the whole lot,add sum crunch on prime or dried parsley like I did and you’ve got a pleasant meal,wholesome,filling and delish!
