Meal prepping seems to be completely different for everybody. For me, It means prepping my fruits & veggies so they’re simply accessible in the course of the busy work week. I do know that if I’ve my veggies all washed & chopped then I’m extra more likely to attain for them over an unhealthy snack/meal 💯

• Protein: I like chickpeas, rooster, or turkey
• Veggies: cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, black olives, purple cabbage, lettuce, and many others.
• Carbs: candy potato & farro
• Fat: nuts, seeds, avocado
• Dried Fruit: raisins & craisins

DRESSING:
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 3-Four tbsp of pink wine vinegar
• 3-Four tbsp of olive oil
• a squeeze of date syrup or honey
• sea salt & garlic powder to style
