Mediterranean Kale & Farro Bowl 🌱

INGREDINTEN:
• Kale – massaged with evoo
• Chickpeas – seasoned with traderjoes vegan chicken-less seasoning & air fried at 400 levels for 10-15 minutes
• Farro – made 1/Four cup
• Mushrooms – air fried 375 till crispy approx 5-10 min
• Persian Cucumbers
• Raisins
• Avocado topped with EBTB
• Scoop of Hummus

DRESSING:
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 3-Four tbsp of purple wine vinegar
• 3-Four tbsp of olive oil
• a squeeze of date syrup or honey
• sea salt & garlic powder to style
