MINI TARTE TATINS! Do you ever end up shopping for fruit that appears SO good however…

Do you ever end up shopping for fruit that appears SO good nevertheless it isn’t nearly in season so it tastes bitter and a bit like water?Yhea,that was my case with these apricots.So,I didn’t need them to go to waste and whipped up three mini tarts!
For the bottom I used some puff pastry that TRIPLED within the oven,and have become so crispy and scrumptious,and the tup half caramelized soo effectively!
•Slice apricots(or no matter fruit you have got) thinly.
•Make caramel-in a pot combine a tbsp of vegan butter or margarine with sugar of selection(I used coconut sugar for its caramel-y style).Convey to simmer,then add your sliced fruit and let it on low warmth,till every little thing is effectively coated and the fruit has absorbed the caramel barely.
•Sprinkle a little bit of sugar on the underside of your baking mould,then add the fruit,sprinkle some cinnamon and add your puff pastry.
•Bake till crispy and lightweight brown and switch your mould the other way up after chilled a bit,so the caramel and fruit received’t persist with your mould.Take pleasure in!
