MISO EGGPLANT 🍆 AT HOME
This dish is one in every of my favs to order at Japanese eating places! I really like the candy miso taste & texture of the eggplant 😋
MISO GLAZE:
• Carry 2 tbsp of mirin & 1 tbsp sake or white wine to a boil and cut back down barely
• Decrease warmth and add Three tbsp white miso then stir till easy
• Choice so as to add as much as 1 tbsp honey relying in your sweetness desire
• Haal de warmte weg en laat afkoelen
EGGPLANT:
• Verwarm de oven voor op 400 niveaus
• Put together Chinese language Eggplants (I used 3) by slicing in half after which scoring all sides
• Drizzle olive oil & high with sea salt
• Rooster ongeveer 30 minuten in de oven en haal dan uit de oven (hoe dan ook)
• Bestrijk de aubergines met de miso-glazuur en voeg ze opnieuw toe aan de oven en bak ze ongeveer acht minuten op 400 niveaus en rooster ze nog 2 minuten.
