πŒπˆπ’πŽ 𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐙𝐄:
β€’ Convey 2 tbsp of mirin & 1 tbsp sake or white wine to a boil and scale back down barely
β€’ Decrease warmth and add Three tbsp white miso then stir till clean
β€’ Possibility so as to add as much as 1 tbsp honey relying in your sweetness choice
β€’ Take away from warmth & let cool

π‚π‡πˆππ„π’π„ 𝐄𝐆𝐆𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐒:
β€’ Preheat oven to 400 levels
β€’ Put together Chinese language Eggplants (I used 3) by slicing in half after which scoring either side
β€’ Drizzle olive oil & prime with sea salt
β€’ Roast in oven for about 30 minutes then take away from oven (however depart it on)
β€’ Coat the eggplants with the miso glaze then add again into the oven & bake for approx eight minutes at 400 levels & broil for an extra 2 minutes
