Roasted Child Potatoes
• Slice your child potatoes down the center
• Add to a baking sheet and season with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, & rosemary
• Roast at 425-450 levels for 45-50 minutes and flip midway when you see a brown crust develop

Sautéed String Beans
• Sauté on medium to excessive warmth with garlic & avocado oil
• As soon as they get a pleasant sear, decrease warmth whereas they end cooking
• Attempt including sliced shallots to take it up a notch!
