I prefer to prep the hen earlier within the day so my after-work cook dinner time is minimal + the hen tastes EVEN higher if you give it extra time to marinate!

β€’ Slice your hen breasts in half horizontally then flippantly dip in arrowroot flour
β€’ Add the hen to a ziplock or your selection of reusable bag
β€’ Add to the bag: a beneficiant drizzle of olive oil, juice from a lemon, a drizzle of white wine or cooking wine, a tbsp of capers, + a number of shakes of rosemary, garlic powder, & sea salt
β€’ Seal the bag & place within the fridge to marinate (anyplace from 30 minutes to a couple hours relying how a lot time you might have)
β€’ Preheat oven to 375 levels
β€’ Use a glass baking dish & flippantly grease with oil
β€’ Add the hen to the baking dish and pour any leftover marinade on high
β€’ Add a handful of cherry tomatoes across the dish
β€’ Bake for approx 30 minutes then flip & season with garlic powder, rosemary, & sea salt

β€’ Plate the hen & drizzle leftover sauce on high
