Rooster Enchiladas

12 Roma tomato’s
three jalepano deseeded
three c water used to boil hen
2 onion
2 tbsp hen bouillon
eight garlic cloves
Rooster breast
2 bay leaves

In a pan boil hen breast, 1 onion, four garlic cloves, 2 bay leaves

In saucepan convey tomato, jalepano to a boil. When softened take away seeds from jalepano.

In a blender add 1 chopped onion, four garlic cloves, 2 tbsp hen bouillon, salt, 12 boiled tomato’s and three jalepano, three cups of water used to boil hen. Mix til clean.

When hen is completed, shred and add again to pan with some sauce.

Chop lettuce and shred cheese.

In a skillet warmth sauce and add tortilla till softened.

When tortilla is comfortable add within the shredded hen. Roll and high with some further sauce, lettuce, cheese, avocado and bitter cream.
