Spicy Hen Chipotle Pasta
1 field penne pasta
half lb asparagus
three cooked chopped hen breast
1 tbsp butter
three tbsp olive oil
2 bell peppers
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup frozen peas
6 ouncesParmesan cheese
four tbsp chipotle pepper sauce (canned adobo peppers)
2 cups heavy cream
Boil pasta in response to bundle, pressure, put aside.
Lower ends of of asparagus, throw away and boil the tops for four minutes, pressure, put aside.
Chop up grilled hen
Chop onion, bell peppers, cilantro.
In a pan on M warmth add oil and butter, when melted add in onion, bell peppers, garlic. Let cook dinner til softened.
Add chipotle sauce, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and when melted add frozen peas.
Add in cooked pasta noodles and asparagus. Combine and serve in a bowl with grilled hen, cilantro and Parmesan cheese on high.
