Impressed by the sunny climate exterior, I made some lemon pepper coucous with baked broccoli, bell pepper and chickpeas.

Easy baked veggies solely with salt,pepper,olive oil and a few vegaliano_ gondino cheese on prime.

Topped every little thing with some balsamic glaze and a sqeeze of lemon juice.
