Indian-inspired chickpea bake.
•mix 1 tbsp olive oil with 1 tsp cumin,smoked paprika,salt,pepper and three finely chopped garlic cloves with a little bit of tomato paste and three chopped up tomatoes.
•add one can of drained chickpeas to the combo and stir till properly integrated.
•add 1tsp of cornstarch and dumb every part in a baking dish and bake till it begins to odor and bubbles.
•*make sauce(almond milk or vegan yog with the combo you made earlier than including the chickpeas[save a tbsp for the sauce]) and add a little bit of sriracha or chilli flakes.
•serve with pita,sauce and recent parsley.
