Zuppa Toscana

1 lb of floor spicy Italian sausage
eight slices of bacon diced
1 small onion peeled and diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp of flour
32 ozchicken inventory
5 massive russet potato’s diced
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 bunch of kale de-stemmed and reduce into small items
Pink pepper flakes

In a big pot on M/H warmth brown sausage, crumbling because it cooks. Drain, add to a plate

Fry bacon in pat with grease from sausage, take away to plate with sausage when crispy.

Drain grease apart from 1 tbsp, add chopped onion and garlic. Cook dinner for four minutes.

Sprinkle flour on prime of onion and garlic in pot. Stir and slowly add in rooster inventory, add potatoes and prepare dinner for 15 minutes or til potato’s are fork tender.

Add cooked sausage, bacon, heavy cream and kale. Stir and let prepare dinner for 15 minutes or til kale is wilted.

Style for salt, pepper and purple pepper flakes.
